Leafield School is supported by our Local Governing Body.  Our Governors meet regularly to discuss the school’s continuing development and aim to ensure the pupils can achieve to the best of their ability. The Governors work with the School’s Senior Leadership Team and our Multi Academy Trust – Oxford Diocesan Schools Trust (ODST).

The Local Governing Body (LGB) has three core functions:

• helping the school with its strategy;
• holding the Executive Headteacher to account for the school’s performance; and
• making sure the school budget is properly managed.
